Cheryl’s Yummy Corn Dip

2 cans of corn
2 packages of cream cheese, softened
1 package dry Hidden Valley Ranch mix
1 small can of chopped olives
1 red onion, finely diced
1 jalapeno, finely chopped
1 small can of roasted green chilies
1 green pepper, diced

Place all ingredients in a mixer or large mixing bowl. Mix
together thoroughly. Chill before serving. Serve with tortilla
chips, Frito’s or crackers.

Note: You can use a small can of chopped jalapeno rather
than fresh. You can also replace the can of green chilies with
3 fresh roasted chilies for a more authentic chili flavor.
