3 cups cooked hot rice
1 cube butter
1/2 chopped onion
3 celery stalks chopped
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tsp curry powder
I like to cook my rice in the rice cooker and while it's cooking I prepare the rest of the ingredients.
Melt the butter, add the onion, celery, and mushrooms. Saute until tender. Add the curry powder.
Mix with the hot rice for a quick, easy and tasty side dish! Goes great with any meat especially chicken.
