Easy Swiss Steak

Steak
Carrots
Celery
Onion
Canned stewed tomatoes (I like the Italian)
Tomato Sauce 15 oz can

I'm not really putting portions on this because it will vary as to how much you want to make.

Just put your steak (can still be frozen) in the crock pot, add some chunks of carrots, celery, and chopped onion. Dump a can of stewed tomatoes and the tomato sauce on top. Add a little onion or garlic salt and pepper. Cover, turn on low and leave for the day!

Serve on top of rice or noodles for a great main dish. Add a salad and you have dinner all ready!

You can use beef steak (any kind), pork chops, ribs, stew meat, chicken, etc for this. It's great for wild game or tough meat. I also like to use the little mini carrots to make it quick and easy, just cut in two.
