Frozen Cabbage Salad

1 med head cabbage
1 green peper
1 onion
1 carrot
Grate all

Put in Colander with 1 Tbs. salt and let stand 1 hour. Press out juice.

Bring to boil and cool:

1 cup vinegar
2 cups sugar
¼ C. water
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed

Pour over cabbage mixture and put in freezer in freezer bags.
