No Cook Dressing!

Jeannette

1/4 c water
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c vinegar
1 tsp dry mustard (if unavailable use reg mustard)
1/4 tsp each salt and pepper (more if desired)

Bring to a boil. Take off stove and add 2 beaten eggs, return and stirring constantly cook until thickened. Remove from stove add 2 cups mayonnaise. Stir well and cool.

Use in potato or macaroni salads. Increase amount by increasing first 3 ingredients to 1/3 cup and use 3 eggs and 3 cups mayonnaise.
