1 pkg Stove Top Stuffing (prepare as directed on box)
1 lb ground beef browned
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Put half of the stuffing in the bottom of a casserol dish and layer with the ground beef and soup. Then put the rest of the stuffing on top! Bake for about 30-45 min at 350 degrees.
Variation: I have also made it with chicken and cream of chicken soup instead of beef.
